  First happy - but not anymore We bought about two years ago all of our furniture there; which means our couch, office sofa, bed, nightstands,...dressers and more. Plus of course our mattress which wasn't cheap and was recommended by the sales person. Our sales person was great by the way,... After not even a year we had the first issues with our mattress, we slept bad or not at all, it got soft, way too soft and we started to feel the springs. We contacted our location and they send somebody over a few days later to check on it. It got worse from day to day,...our mattress comes with a long warranty, but that means nothing. Since the mattress was still in a way too nice condition, the manufacturer didn't do anything. A year went by, we feel springs, our back hurts,...nights are so bad that I'm moving to our couch. We called again our location, same process,...no exchange. This might not be American Signature Furnitures fault; but somehow the service sucks. We had a very good conversation with their customer service,... but no follow up call back from their manager as promised. Over 10 days passed by,... I'm 130lbs and this can't be too heavy for a brand mattress,...it's soft, edges are horrible, springs are pushing through,...yes it looks nice, clean and white, as we take care of our items, but the quality is a true nightmare. If American Signature Furniture knows about that bad quality, I would recommend not to sell those sort of mattresses to their customers. By the way, never buy a SIMMONS BeautySleep Canal St Plus EuroTop. You will have nightmares, brutal back pain and your life turns in a mess. Update: I contacted their service again, as they wrote a comment here. Nothing happened besides another email - because somebody didn't really read mine. So disappointing. I personally would not even step in that store again after all this bad experience they give us, as all furniture is paid. Update after some follow up emails: They just told me, Simmons the manufacturer does not cover my issue! Really? Please - google Simmons; this company has just 1star bad feedback for their products and American Signature is really selling them to customers! This is just scam!

  Hey guys is this what you want your "real leather" couch to look like only ONE MONTH after purchase? Cause thats what you'll get if you go to American Signature! Great, huh? They literally LIED to us about our purchase and then sold us a power recline sofa without a power cord. I'm not sure how they're still open with all of the choices available for shopping in todays age... I now know to go for the places with good service rather than price tag. Even if the product isn't good, at least they'll replace it.
