  Manager Jen/Jennifer Tarrant is very rude and unprofessional. I came there to make a return. I got a free candle for making any purchase and kept one of the hand sanitizers that I had purchased and returned everything else for a change of mind. She had the nerve to ask me if I was going to return the free candle. The purchase said any purchase so it's not as if I had to spend a specific dollar amount to obtain the candle. Everytime I go to this location I dread being checked out by this woman. She has absolutely no personality and it's clear she works at BBW only for a paycheck. She barely even smiles if you are lucky. I've been a customer for nearly a decade at the altamonte mall location and now because of my horrible experience I will avoid that location at all costs and go to West town corners where I am treated like a valued customer. General manager if you are reading this get rid of that horrible woman.
