  The employees are very helpful and friendly. I've never come across someone who was rude or ignored me. While their typically sales people, I never feel pressured or frustrated by their interaction with me. My only issues with the store are the parking lot and the availability of the products. The parking lot is small and oddly narrow. It takes so much energy just to park that you hope they have what your looking for. Now that leads to the product availability, the more common items are usually in stock and easy to find but the most popular items cause an issue. They're rarely available without getting them shipped to the store. My last gripe is that the video game console is turned off more times than it's on. There were times where I came only to test drive a game but couldn't because the console was down. Overall, I'd still recommends this Best Buy because they have good customer service and enhance my experience as a shopper but it's good to know what to expect before you step in blindly.

  Bought a $1300 HP from this location, used it 4 times and it died. Took it in to Geek Squad (Taylor was amazing) but the computer could not be fixed. Manager Brittany was great to deal with came home with a new computer but found out that my Very expensive quick books CD was in the old computer. Was on the phone with them for an hour only to be told not their problem... it’s been shipped out! Hmmm not their problem even though I bought the program there, and the computer there but they never checked it before they sent it out to make sure it didn’t have anything in it. As frustrating as this has all been I would never recommend anyone go here. 2 people seemed to care and the rest didn’t ... so much for customer care. I was told I have to get another quick books program or try to download it which it would not I guess they need their sales numbers up! Too bad I will go to another location to spend my money and help another store with their numbers! Extremely disappointed in Best Buy !! I will definitely be sharing my feelings with everyone in the cyber network!!!
