  Whenever we visit BuyBuyBaby, Kenny always helps us out so much with finding the best car seat or stroller. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the different products and very patient and friendly. There is a large selection to choose from so having somewhere there to guide us makes a big difference.

  They neglected to order a piece of nursery furniture that we PAID for (and they claimed we didn't pay for) and delivery was about two weeks later than they initially stated. Additionally, the crib arrived with dented screws making it impossible to put together. Regarding the piece of furniture we were missing upon delivery- it took THREE phone calls before a lady from the store called back and admitted that yes, we did in fact pay for the missing piece and it would be reordered, she did not however apologize for the mishap. I am tempted to completely delete my registry there and go elsehwhere. I am extremely aggravated and disappointed. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that when we initially ordered the furniture with Sabeen, she was wonderful. Update: I was sent a very nice and apologetic email with confirmation of their error and hopefully it will be rectified in a timely manner.
