  I have taken several machines here over the past few years. Macs and PCs. Machines they couldn't fix they never charged me. The ones they were able to fix they did a superb job. I will definitely keep using them.

  I went in to fix a cracked screen for an iphone 6 plus. Austin told me that it would take an hour to get fixed. Took less then an hour but when I got my phone back there was a small circle next to the home button. I brought this to his attention and he told me its just paint or something from the brand that they purchase their screens from. When I told him it doesn't look like paint he said he didn't know what it was and said it wont affect how the phone runs. Although the screen is fixed, the circle really bothers me and the fact that he didn't know what it was when he was the one that repaired it bothered me too. He didn't offer to correct the situation at all. Definitely keep an eye open when getting your cracked screens fixed here.
