  I wish there were negative stars available. Reading other reviews, at least I am comforted that I am not alone. I have been a Sprint customer for 10 years without issue. I added my fiance and her mother and the phones they were issued both overheated and failed. My mother-in-law-to-be is in a wheelchair and was unable to contact us when she fell. We are in the process of filing a lawsuit. The managers have been dismissive, offering only a refurbished model of the same phone. The front staff have been fine and perhaps even embarrassed by the management at MayCom. It does not matter how high the escalation process has gone, MayCom has failed us as a provider - thoroughly.
