  I went to this establishment to purchase my daughter some jewelry for her Senior pictures. I was charged twice ($600 total) and it took 1 week to get my money returned to my account. Let me just mention I ended up leaving the store without the merchandise and my money. During the 1 week span I was given the run around and treated as if I had stolen something from them. I requested to speak to district manager twice because the store manager could care less. Needless to say I never received that call. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone. I must say Savannah rocks! She was an employee there however it was only so much she could do. She went out of her way to assist me. Too bad management didn't have the same care, and concern in assisting a paying customer as Savannah.
