  Went today to this store to upgrade my current account to business, add additional line, buy two new phones and add my mobile hotspot to the business account as well. There were two sales reps handling two customers when I walked into the store. First of all nobody acknowledged me as I walked into the store and waited for a while. Some five to ten minutes after me a woman walks into the store and gets almost immediate help while the manager and two sales reps keep ignoring me?! After I asked them why would somebody that came after me get preference with service sales rep Gina tells me that the lady was in the store before me which was utter nonsense! Store manager Matt wasn't of any help neither and both of them didn't have common decency to apologize for mistake they've made. I've would give t-mobile five starts for the quality of mobile service and four stars for its pricing but because of these two ignorant and unprofessional clowns they've got one star. They would get a big zero for a rating if that was possible because this t-mobile store is my WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE of 2017.
